These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Towline website and services ("Towline", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Towline provides an AI voice agent and software platform for towing companies. Specific scope, included minutes, pricing, and implementation are defined in the order or agreement you sign with us. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and rules you provide, including tow fee schedules.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycle, and overage rates are set out in your order. Plans are month to month unless agreed otherwise. See our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Towline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
