Home / Pricing

Pricing that scales with your phone, not your headcount.

Plans are based on the minutes Mark actually spends on calls. At a typical 2 to 3 minute release call, that's about $2 for a call answered, looked up, and closed. Instantly, 24/7, twenty at a time.

5%

Every deployment starts as a pilot. Mark takes about 5% of your release calls while your team handles the rest. You watch real calls land in the dashboard: recordings, transcripts, outcomes. Ramp up only when you trust what you're hearing. Instant rollback the whole way.

Estimate your plan

What would your call volume cost?

Drag to roughly how many find-your-car release calls hit your phones each day. We'll assume the typical 2 to 3 minute call.

Estimates use a 2.5-minute average call and a 30-day month. Your phone menu filters non-release calls before they use any minutes.

Pricing questions, answered straight.

What counts as a billed minute?
Only time Mark is actually on a connected call. Your phone menu filters non-release calls before they ever reach him, and calls that transfer to your team only bill for the AI portion. The 4-minute auto-transfer cap bounds the cost of any single call. A runaway 20-minute call can't happen.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Overage bills at your plan's per-minute rate. No service interruption, no surprise tier bump. Usage is visible in your dashboard all month, and if you're consistently over, we'll help you right-size the plan.
How much does setup cost?
Setup is included, no separate fee. It's scoped to your systems on the demo call, and covers the data sync, fee engine configured to your exact rates, phone menu setup, sandbox testing, and the staged rollout.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Plans are monthly. And because Towline keeps your records in a database you own, you're never locked in. The product has to keep earning the renewal. That's the deal.
Why minutes and not per-seat licenses?
Because the value isn't seats. It's answered calls. Minutes track exactly what Mark does for you, and the per-call economics are easy to check: at 2 to 3 minutes per release, you're paying about $2 for a call answered, looked up, and closed in one ring at 2 AM.
Can I start smaller than Starter?
Yes. Solo starts at $299, and the pilot is the small start on any plan: a slice of your release calls, real results in the dashboard, ramp when ready. If your volume is tiny, a handful of calls a day, book a quick call and we'll figure something out.
