How Towline handles data on our website and in the product, for private property towing and parking enforcement operators.
Effective July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Towline ("Towline", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our services.
When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and phone number. When you use the Towline service, we process call data on behalf of the private property towing and parking enforcement operator we work with, including call recordings, transcripts, and the vehicle and account records synced from that operator's towing or registration software. That operational data belongs to the operator, not to Towline.
Our website collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site secure and understand traffic.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the product (for example, voice, telephony, and hosting providers), under contracts that require them to protect it, and when required by law.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the operator that owns them, under their instructions. Contact information is kept as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business records.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you through our contact page. If you are an end caller whose vehicle was towed, direct data requests to the operator that handled your vehicle; we process that data on their behalf.
