Fees are computed by a billing engine configured to your exact rules. Email us the change and we update it, usually same day. The AI never guesses fees, so a rate change takes effect on the next call once applied.
How do I adjust how many calls Mark takes?
A routing gateway controls the percentage of lookup calls the agent handles, from 5% to full volume, with instant rollback to your team. Ask us to change the split or do it from your dashboard.
Where are my recordings and transcripts?
Every AI and human call is logged, transcribed, and stored permanently in your dashboard, searchable by plate, property, invoice number, or release date.
Something sounds wrong on a call. What do I do?
Send us the approximate time and the caller or plate. Every call is recorded, so we can pull the exact interaction, review it with you, and tune the agent.
