Refund Policy

Billing, cancellation, and our pilot guarantee.

Effective July 2, 2026

We want Towline to earn its keep. Here is how billing and cancellation work.

Monthly plans

Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Monthly subscription fees already billed are non-refundable, and you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Pilot period

Every deployment starts as a staged pilot. If Towline is not working for you during the first 30 days, contact us and we will make it right or refund your first month's subscription fee.

Usage and overage

Included minutes do not roll over. Overage minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate and are non-refundable once used.

Implementation

One-time implementation work is non-refundable once the work has begun, since it is scoped and delivered specifically for your setup.
